The Espinosa Library is a hub of student activity at Castilleja. Librarians help students develop their capacity to locate, evaluate, and apply information. Classes frequently visit the library to conduct research or seek out materials for pleasure reading. Students also use the library for individual and group study. The library’s mission is to train excellent student researchers, provide high-quality library services, and develop collections that support academics and independent reading at Castilleja.
Throughout the year, the library hosts special events and programs. Recent activities have included visiting authors, an edible book festival, high tech origami, a trivia hunt, and a book swap.
